I came across a wild lynx the past day while it was climbing a tree by accident. We made eye contact for that brief instant, and his gaze strangely came across as frigid and stern. I wasn’t sure if I should run away or stand still at that very time. Fortunately, the lynx chose to escape by climbing up trees. After I returned home, I searched “are lynx dangerous?” but was unable to locate a thorough article. I’ve chosen to write an article as a result. With their ability to travel at speeds up to 50mph, lynx could quickly attack an individual in their natural surroundings when it is afraid, encircled, or caught. If the person being attacked can defend themselves, they’ll be able to survive with only a small injury.

Of course, it’s all speculation, and despite all the stories you hear about these beasts. There is no scientific evidence that lynx have attacked humans.
